Hi! I'm Katrina,
a Bay Area native and local to California, Colorado, and Cyprus. I am trained in the Co-Active model from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Analytics, and Organizational Behavior.
I started my career in venture capital, screening start-ups and matching entrepreneurs to investors. Through this work, I realized human capital is what truly moves the needle for a company and became a recruitment consultant for Silicon Valley tech companies, designing recruitment processes from the ground-up and coaching executives to build world-class teams.
